Glideaway Supplied and Installed 6 x HT40 BUTZBACH HT40 Spacelite Stacking Doors for the Tesla Car Showroom and Workshops.
The BUTZBACH Doors were specified by the architects to be Full Vision with clear glazing.

The BUTZBACH HT40 Doors were a great choice for this project providing clear openings, great visibility, compact panel stacking and smart-looking showrooms and workshops.
Also, these doors featured a control panel with remotes and automatic timers.

The Key challenges with the project for Tesla were that the new doors were being fitted into a historic existing structure which provided challenges with fixings, opening level and squareness.
With the assistance of the builders (Naylor Love), we overcame these by ensuring suitable fixings were provided by adding additional steelworks where required.
Additionally, the other challenge we faced was with the 2 handover bay doors, the horizontal transoms needed to line up with each door.  However, the floor in which these doors were to be installed into was running on a slope downhill.
We overcame this challenge by custom manufacturing some tapper plates to take up the slope of the floor to allow the transom lines to line up with each other.

The HT40 door is a great door for any showroom, workshop, appliance or industrial facility.
With the Innovative panel stacking, this keeps the door compact, clean and creates space and allows for hanging lights, sprinklers, gantries and the like.

In conclusion, we can comfortably say that the BUTZBACH products are the Best Doors In The World.
